Whether you’re feeling lost, somewhat confident, or already crushing it in the gym, this 8-Week Gym Confidence Program is designed to help you master the basics, refine your technique, and feel fully in control of every workout.
If you’ve ever walked into a gym and felt unsure what to do, you’re not alone and this program is designed exactly for you. Over 8 weeks, I will take you step by step, so you’ll never have to guess or feel lost in the gym again.
The first 4 weeks focus on getting you comfortable and building confidence: learning the basic movements, understanding which muscles you’re working, and practicing proper form so you feel safe and capable.
From week 5 onward, we move into progression and mastery, helping you gradually increase intensity, track your effort, and train with focus so every workout has purpose.
By the end of the program, you’ll be able to walk into any gym knowing exactly what to do, feeling confident in your technique, and finally able to train on your own without hesitation.

You'll get a personal program tailored to you. Each week you'll have a different area of focus which are all aligned to get you more confident in the gym environment.
Your efforts in the gym aren't very effective unless you get your nutrition right.
So we will work together to make some improvements to your diet.
As your coach I will be available via message whenever you need me. I will also be checking in on what you're doing and giving you a nudge when you need it.
